I'm Kathy Watkins, and I welcome you to the online home of Turnkey Virtual Assistance.
As a Virtual Assistant, I provide administrative support and paraplanner services for financial planners. My goal is to free up the advisor's time to focus less on administrative and paraplanning functions, and more on personal interaction with the client and business growth. The work I do includes client scheduling, document/data capture, track continuing education compliance, maintenance of CRM contact databases, and creating workflow processes.
As a paraplanner, I conduct the meeting preparation for retainer client meetings, including Investment, Risk Management, Tax, Estate, Insurance Risk Management, Cash Management and Goals. I also provide meeting preparation for one-time Strategy Sessions/Financial Reviews. In addition, I provide federal tax return data capture, track and follow up clients' property tax status and can apply for certificates of error on their behalf.
I use the latest technology to communicate, support and exchange information with my clients. I’m passionate about working with people who understand that the quality of one’s personal life is just as important as their professional life.
