My fees are based on the experience, skills and value I will bring to your business. The time you pay for is 100 percent productive. You’re not paying for breaks, lunch or learning curves. You don’t have to spend time computing pre-tax vs. post-tax contributions, and you don’t have to track vacation and sick time.

I only collaborate with clients who are able to commit to a minimum retainer of 10 hours per month, i.e., 2.5 hours per week, paid in advance. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. However, with good communication and planning, we will rarely, if ever, have to deal with unused hours.

If it appears that time over and above the retainer will be expended during the month, advance approval will be obtained from the client, and those hours will be billed at the same retainer rate. For the convenience of my clients, I accept payment via check and PayPal.
